WHO IT'S FOR
Defend AI search in the room where budget gets decided.
One program that names what AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity let you measure, backed by shipped work instead of another dashboard. Searchmaxxed runs it.
DIRECT ANSWER
What this actually solves
CMOs now put 15.3 percent of the marketing budget behind AI. Only 30 percent feel ready to scale that investment (Gartner 2026 CMO Spend Survey, released 11 May 2026). If your board asks what AI search is worth and nobody has a clean answer, you are not behind. You are normal. Searchmaxxed replaces five vendor claims with one market map, one execution order and one operating loop across the website, content, authority and measurement you run.
THE PROBLEM
Where this usually goes wrong
The board asks what ChatGPT traffic is worth, and nobody in the room has a clean answer.
Five vendors report five different AI visibility numbers, built on five different question sets.
A comparison site or an analyst owns the "best X" and "X vs Y" searches that build your shortlist.
AI answers rewrite themselves between quarterly reviews, and your reporting cadence cannot see it happen.
WHAT YOU WANT
What you are trying to defend
One program you can stand behind in the room where budget gets decided.
A number that survives the follow-up question
You want a figure tied to real evidence, that holds up when finance asks where it came from. It should trace back to a page and a release, not an estimate.
Ownership of the comparison searches
You want the "best X", "X vs Y" and "alternatives to X" searches that build a shortlist to lead back to you. An analyst or a competitor owns most of them today.
A memo built from what shipped, not a forecast
You want next quarter's case built from what already shipped and what it moved. That evidence should hold up when the board pushes back.
One evidence set instead of five dashboards
You want Google performance, AI visibility, enquiries and revenue read from the same market map. That map should be the only version leadership works from.
YOUR STRATEGY
The strategy we run for your program
In order, built around one execution queue, one approval gate and one monthly memo.
PHASE 01
Reconcile the evidence
We pull Search Console, GA4, the live website and every vendor's current claim into one target-versus-actual view. That includes the
AI Overview and AI Mode impressions Search Console now reports directly. You get a single market map before a single page changes.
Generative AI impressions baseline
PHASE 02
Force one execution order
We rank the backlog by commercial impact and dependency, so technical fixes, page rebuilds and authority work stop competing for the same quarter. One ranked list replaces five departmental roadmaps.
PHASE 03
Win the comparison and versus searches
We map who owns your category's "best X", "X vs Y", "alternatives to X" and "is X worth it" searches today. Usually it is an analyst, a directory or a competitor. Then we publish the
comparison pages that put you in that answer set. Daily GenAI users rank these tools as their most influential purchase touchpoint (BCG, 2 January 2026).

Analyst and directory presence
PHASE 04
Ship through the platform you already run
The
Agentic Website carries the approved releases inside your existing site and CMS. Technical fixes, rebuilt pages and schema each get cleared by a person before they go live. You see what changed and when, not a quarterly summary of activity.
PHASE 05
Report what moved, monthly
The
Managed Search Loop measures every release across 7, 28 and 90-day windows and writes it into one monthly memo. The memo names what Search Console counted, what GA4 traced to a form or an order, and what the comparison tracking found. That memo goes to your board, not a dashboard screenshot.

THE SHAPE
What a defensible AI search program measures
Measured
AI Overview and AI Mode impressions, tracked through Search Console's own generative AI report.
Reconciled
Search Console, GA4 and the live site read as one target-versus-actual view, not five dashboards.
Governed
Every release cleared by a person before it ships, with the deployment proof behind it.
FAQ
Fair questions.
What can we measure on AI search surfaces today?
+−
Search Console reports impressions inside AI Overviews and AI Mode through its Generative AI performance report, live since 3 June 2026. Google confirms the mechanics in Search Central Blog, retrieved 20 August 2026. ChatGPT and Perplexity publish no equivalent report. We run your buying questions on a schedule and log which brands and sources get named.
What can we not measure yet?
+−
No AI surface publishes a full click-through number the way classic Search does. We pair what each surface exposes with your own Search Console, GA4, form and order data. The memo shows what is counted next to what is inferred.
What do we tell the board when they ask about ChatGPT traffic?
+−
Name the mechanism. AI Overview and AI Mode impressions come from Search Console. Named-mention tracking runs across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Claude, and matched order or enquiry data closes the loop. Only 30 percent of CMOs feel ready to scale AI investment (Gartner 2026 CMO Spend Survey, 11 May 2026). A hard question from the board is normal, not a sign your program is behind.
What goes in the monthly memo?
+−
The memo names what shipped, its deployment proof, and movement in Search Console's AI and web impressions. It adds named-mention movement across the AI surfaces we track. Matched-window order or enquiry evidence closes it, alongside one recommended next move.
Does comparison content protect us?
+−
Yes. Consumers who use GenAI daily rank it as their single most influential purchase touchpoint (BCG, 2 January 2026). If a competitor owns the "X vs Y" page an assistant cites, they get named in that decision instead of you.
Does Searchmaxxed replace our in-house team or current agency?
+−
It can replace a weak agency, own a defined part of the program, or operate alongside an internal team. Ownership, access, implementation and approval responsibilities get agreed before any work starts.
How often do we hear from you?
+−
Every approved release is logged the week it ships, and the monthly memo reconciles it against 7, 28 and 90-day evidence windows. You are not waiting on a quarterly business review to find out what happened.
What does this cost, and who has to sign off?
+−
Marketing leaders run on the same two Searchmaxxed packages as every client. The Growth System is $6,500 a month. Agentic Search Engineering is $11,000 a month and includes the full off-page authority program. Every release still carries a human approval gate, and procurement or legal review happens alongside delivery, not after it ships.
