Brenden House
Who writes and runs the work here
I am Brenden House. I studied physics, worked in the field, then moved into digital marketing. Before Searchmaxxed I built Radiant Roof Repairs on the Gold Coast from zero to more than $1 million a year in revenue, with search engine optimisation as the only marketing channel. Three high-intent roofing searches reached number one within 90 days. I did the research, the pages and the weekly updates myself. Searchmaxxed sells that process, and I still set the direction on every account.
We built a roofing company to $1 million a year on search alone
Searchmaxxed grew out of Radiant Roof Repairs, a Gold Coast roofing business Brenden built with search as its only marketing channel. Everything below comes from that company's own records, and it is the only result on this site that is ours rather than a client's.
A new business with no traffic and no reviews reached more than $1 million a year in revenue.
Three high-intent roofing searches held the top organic position within 90 days of the work starting.
No ad budget, no bought leads, no outbound calling, so every enquiry traced back to a page or the profile.
One market with beatable competitors. Yours is sized in the audit before anyone promises a timeline.
Revenue comes from the company's own records and the search figures from Google Search Console for the same property. It records what happened in one market, and your market gets sized in the audit.
Read how it was done →Why the agency exists
I came to search from physics, and then from inside a digital marketing agency. Physics left me unable to accept a claim without the measurement behind it. The agency taught me the mechanics, and showed me that clients bought reporting more often than production.
The leverage was obvious once I saw it. Whoever owns the pages that rank keeps the compounding value. So I built something to own, and Radiant Roof Repairs was the test.
The parts that moved revenue were unglamorous. One engineered page per buying search. Prices published where competitors hid them. A profile treated as seriously as the website. Reviews requested after every job. Weekly changes chosen from what the data said last week rather than from a content calendar.
Searchmaxxed runs those parts, in that order, for companies that can handle the demand. I write here because most published search advice comes from people who never had their own money riding on a ranking.
What I do on an account
Direction, evidence and approval sit with me. That does not change as the team grows.
Set the direction
I decide which searches are worth winning in your market and in what order, from the audit onward.
Read the evidence
Query data, surface readings and enquiry data every week. The releases come from those numbers.
Write the hard pages
The money pages and the technical fixes that decide whether anything else pays.
Approve what ships
Every claim on your site traces to your records before it publishes, including the numbers.
What I work on
Five areas, each with the service page that explains the work in full.
How I handle claims and numbers
Every public claim traces to a named source, first-party data or live client work. Figures get checked against records before publication, and each one carries its market, its measurement window and its retrieval date.
Where a number cannot be sourced, it does not ship. Corrections happen in public, and every article carries the date it was last reviewed.
Recent articles
Each one carries its published date, its last review date and the sources behind its claims.
